A visit to the President

What an experience the Year 5 classes and I had!
We went to the President's Palace at San Anton. At first he wasn't there because he had a meeting. One of his attendants took us on a tour round his palace. What expensive things he had! While we were going round the building, a lady gave us information about the palace. After we saw the whole place, we were taken in the garden.
There were many tall trees and even cute cats!
At last the President arrived. We asked him questions and read poems, we had prepared.
We went to take a photo altogether. Then a girl from our class gave him a present and another girl from the other class gave him a card.
When it was time we prepared to go back to school, we told him bye and set off!
What fun we had!
